Always kind, even when I chose to do things different than they recommend. Very good about explaining to me and at times showing me what is wrong. I have been seeing them for years. Since the Warranty ran out on my 02 diesel. Did not like the way I was treated at the dealers shop. They still keep same car running well. Only one time did a new part fail and they covered it completely, with apologies.
