They made it so easy. The car was done earlier than expected. They let me know what was going on every step of the way. The car was as clean as a brand new one off the lot when I got it back, which was amazing because it was filthy when I brought it in. I would happily return to Auto Craft if ever I need to (but I hope to never have another accident and need to!). Customer service was superb, not just excellent.

I love these guys! The first time I brought my Jeep in there, I had been told by another garage that it needed a new engine. So I brought it in for a second opinion.And it was something else. They stand by their work, are efficient and do not act as if they do not have time to explain things to you. They are truly amazing and I trust them. I am so grateful,especially as a woman, to take my vehicle to a garage that is thorough and honest.
