Very helpful and nice. Nick was personable, kept me up to date with what was happening and what needed to be done, and was willing to tell me about the things I could probably fix myself. They found a problem that could have become much worse that another shop had caused. Would recommend.

Small world has fair prices and mechanics with Decades of experience for any situation you have with your car. They're professional and customer oriented. They do great work in a very reasonable time line.

Every time I have gone to Small World Auto, they've been awesome. I've needed different things at different times and never have they tried to up sell me. They tell me what they recommend and have even told me that I did NOT need things another place insisted I needed (such as shocks for several hundred $$$). Today I went to pick my daughter up from school and turned off the car to wait . . . it wouldn't start. I got a jump and drove to SWA and at 4:20 in the afternoon, they were able to save this Damsel in Distress! They had a battery and got it installed for me. I recommend them highly all the time. They're clean, reasonably priced (and less than others) and seem to genuinely appreciate their customers. A little hint, if you go to their website, there are usually coupons available. Since I was in a bind, I didn't do that. It's so nice to find a place I feel I can trust and that my old Rav4 is well maintained.

Honest reliable car service people.

This is the most trustworthy automotive repair shop we’ve found in years and years! We drive over 3 hours across the state to have them service our vehicles. Marty and Nick are very professional, nice gentlemen! They always explain what our mechanic (Dave - awesome!!) found and separate what needs imminent repair from what can wait. We have older vehicles we’d like to keep running well and they help us stay within our means to do that. We’ve never been disappointed in their quality of work. They do not use cheap, poor quality parts and stand behind the work they do. We’ve never felt they misused our trust by doing unnecessary work. While replacing our studs at another more local business, major work was recommended. Dave checked to find those things were not needed!! This business operates with a level of integrity that is extremely rare! We’re very fortunate that they were recommended to us a few years back by local area folks who rated them as highly as we do! It’s wise to schedule your repair a few days in advance. They are a busy place and you can see why!!
