Pros: did a quality work, kept me informed, able to talk directly with service personnel, provided shuttle and cost less than dealership. Cons: In the two instances 've used Small World, the work which could have been done by dealership in one day required two days.

Marty, I have had both my truck and car now there at your shop for service. Both times I received very good service from the front counter, Nathanial ( sp? ) and yourself. I work in a service industry too and we also send out customer's surveys. We ask our customers to rate our service 1-10. The only acceptable score is 10, which we coin as WOW customer service or " CRAZY GOOD SERVICE" which may seem silly but we truly focus on doing one more thing the customer didnt expect so they leave thinking, Wow, that was awesome? I rated you very good. Im not sure in your industry what you would have to do above and beyond to give customers that WOW service to keep them coming back but something to think on. Maybe focusing on making the service experience more personal or providing something with your service the customer doesnt expect may be a great place to start. I hope the feedback is useful. We have taken our vehicles to Small World for years and have always received terrific service. They were persistent in tracking down elusive cooling problems on one car and worked with us to solve transmission issues in the most cost efficient way on another car. I always recommend Small World when people ask about a good service shop for their cars.
