We brought our car in with no idea what was wrong with it. The guys at small world told us that it could be a warranty problem. So they advised us to take it to the dealership to see if it would be covered under warranty. The service center at the dealership told us it would need at least $17,000 worth of parts alone. Small world stayed in constant contact with me through the whole ordeal. We got the car back from the dealership and returned it to small world and they fixed it for under $450. It was the honesty of the guys at small world and the amount they cared that has convinced me that I will be a repeat customer and refer anyone I know that needs car work to take it to small world.
