Just got off the phone with them. Not sure why google is saying that they offer services on parts such as a wheel bearing knuckle where it says online that they will, if I may, in ever such a courteous and practical fashion quickly use their press to press out an old bearing for a $30- $50 fee. Oh, how hospitable! Too bad when I called they said they don’t do that, they close their machine shop down and “only use their presses for cars they have in their… POSSESSION. Oh wow, a mechanic shop that works on cars in their possession… way to go out of your way for the customer! Hopefully google stops suggesting you guys as a hospitable, courteous shop now. I wonder what would happen if I dropped my WHOLE car off, hmmmmm? Would these “experts” find more repairs that just “needed” to be done, hmmmmm, would they need to hold the car a week or two while they continued investigating based on their “expert” opinion, hmmmmmmmmm. Let me think… no let me think longer. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm

We’re sorry Google provided outdated information and understand that discovering a business has changed its services can be disappointing. To clarify, our machine shop is no longer open to the public, and we only perform press work as part of a complete repair on vehicles currently at our facility—a fairly standard policy for safety and liability reasons. Had you brought in your “WHOLE car,” we would have inspected the specific concern, provided an estimate, and obtained your authorization before performing any repairs. Despite the assumptions in your review, we do not invent repairs, perform unauthorized work, or unnecessarily keep vehicles for weeks. We appreciate the reminder to update our online information and hope this clarification resolves some of the mystery.

Had to get my brakes, rotors, and calipers replaced on my truck a few days ago while passing through. Called them up at 9 am and they said bring it in at 2pm for them to look at it. Got it there, told me what all I needed done and they could get started on it rite away. It was finished bi 10 am next morning .They were very understanding of my situation and put me ahead of some people to get me back ion the road. Now my truck drives and stops on a dime. Very thankful for this place. The people here were very nice and polite. I would highly recommend stopping at this place if u need work done and are in the area. I would give them much more stars if I could. They even rotated my tires without me asking for free. OUTSTANDING JOB SMALL WORLD REPAIR!! I thank you.

Small World fixed my A/C free of charge after finding a loose wire. They also found a coolant related problem that I was happy to pay for

Needed a 2nd opinion on something the dealership had quoted me 4k for. Brought it in within days, everything explained really well and offered an alternative diagnosis re: a gasket leak that showed it SEEMED like a 4k problem with the timing chain but really it was just a couple hundred. So grateful! Even brought it back a few weeks later to double check the leak was fixed. Thanks yall!
