Tried to charge me thousands for repairs that had already been done by other mechanics, while refusing to diagnose or address the actual issue.

Olivia we indeed diagnosed your 30 year old van that had been sitting for over a year. I'm sorry that the repairs recommended were not what you wanted to hear. This review seems to be put here because you towed your vehicle to us and refused to reply to any form of communication for a month. We finally sent you a text message letting you know we were going to tow the vehicle back to your residence. Then you showed up at the shop and decided you did not want to complete and recommended repairs. I hope the automotive student at Lane College that is towing it to the college is able to help you out with your vehicle
