I had an amazing first time experience at Small World! My coworker referred me to them after always taking her vehicle with positive experiences. I normally would go to the dealership and after the last report, I needed a lot of items done on my car. I decided to go somewhere local instead and I have no regrets. From the first phone call to set up an appointment, to picking it up - my experience was perfect! They’re friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was confident leaving my car in their hands! :)

Small World Auto gets our highest recommendation, which is hard to earn! Their work, prices, integrity, scheduling, and all are superb. Better than that, though, they are terrific problem-solving partners, and just plain good people all around. We haven't been there often, because 2 of our 3 cars are brand new and go to dealerships currently. BUT, Small World still remembers us, our family, current and past cars! They will be our family's service center for as long as we are in Eugene.
