The staff is very friendly and my car is great.

My car died on the highway and I had it towed here after they were closed. They were able to look at it within 24 hours, even with no appointment. They have been professional, kind and honest throughout this ordeal. They will definitely have my business in the future!

I have been taking my cars here for over a decade and the service has been impeccable. The last service was over the top however. The 40k service on my 2018 GTI was quoted at $775 from the dealer and $900 from another independent shop. The service was : spark plugs, oil change, cabin air filter and inspections. Small World charged for the work performed: $356......And they treated my VW with care and appreciation even though it is lightly modified.

Top flight service is the norm down at Small World. No hassles or delays, ever! I use them exclusively, even with the 25 mile trip in. It's worth the drive. My thanks to the team.

Small World has never steered me wrong (pun intended)! They go above and beyond for their customers. They are communicative and friendly. They have never once made me feel pressured into adding on service and they are always transparent about what my car’s diagnoses and issues are and the cost to fix them.
